This kit is an all-purpose kit for the do it yourselfer. It is used for home polishing, knife makers, golf club re-finishing, antique restoration, aluminum buffing, candle sticks, musical instruments, guns, brass and copper pieces. Car parts, wheels, bumpers, and trim. Excellent for restoration projects of any kind. 1 - 6" 3/8 spiral sewn x 1/2 arbor hole 20 ply. 1 - 6" loose buff 1/2 arbor hole 20 ply. 1 - 8 oz. 327 Brown Tripoli bar: Designed for use on copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, zinc die-castings, white metals, and non-ferrous alloys. This is polish is used for most cut and color projects. 1 - 8oz. 145 Steel bar: Dark Gray For stainless, carbon steels, cold-rolled steel parts, drawn stampings, hard steel alloys and castings. These are considered high cutting compounds with light color. 1 - 8oz. 126 Chrome rouge: (white) Classic chrome rouge, used on chrome, aluminum, most pot metal castings. Ultra fine cut and high color used on many parts for a final finish. 1 - 8oz. 130 Jewelers rouge: "Rose rouge" Pink the finest final color rouge for all non-ferrous metals. The best compound for an excellent finish when color is desired without having to deal with red oxide. Hi-gloss or mirror finish on soft or precious metals, gold, platinum, silver, brass, or copper.
